KM Lepam is the modified dosage form of the well-known traditional recipe, Karuthamarmani Gulika, prepared in a cream base for external application. Traditionally, Karuthamarmani Lepam is known for its soothing action and also that it helps manage the soreness of strained tissues. With a combination of Indian Frankincense (Boswellia serrata), Aloe Vera and Camphor (Cinnamo- mum camphora), it is easily absorbed with the skin permeability of the cream for a faster healing effect.*
