Healing Heart Ayurveda – “Ayurveda and Yoga Healing Retreat” – Kerala 2026
We understand that life can bring unexpected changes. Each space on this retreat represents months of planning and coordination with our Kerala partners, so we ask that you review the following policy with care and understanding:
- A $500 deposit is required to reserve your This deposit is non-refundable, as it covers administrative, coordination, and pre-booking costs in India.
- If you cancel on or before December 31, 2025, all payments made (excluding the deposit) will be refunded in full.
- If you cancel between January 1 and February 1, 2026, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat fee.
- If you cancel between February 2 and March 1, 2026, you will receive a 25% refund of the total retreat fee.
- After March 1, 2026, no refunds can be issued, as all retreat logistics and reservations will have been finalized.
- In the case of a medical emergency, visa denial, or documented travel restriction, we will offer a refund of all payments made less the $500 deposit, upon receipt of valid proof of the situation.
- Cancellations are non-transferable to another person without written
- No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals or early departures.
- Partial participation in the retreat is not permitted.
All approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 14 business days.
