Healing-Heart-Ayurveda

Healing Heart Ayurveda is now open

Welcome

After many years of study, travel, practice, and life experience,
I am honored to share that Healing Heart Ayurveda is now open.

This is not simply a practice.

It is the natural unfolding of a path that began long before I had words for it.

I grew up in a home where illness was part of daily life.
My father was diagnosed with advanced Parkinson’s at a young age—I was only five years old—at a time when very little was understood about this disease.
Later, my brother faced a stage 4 cancer diagnosis and asked for my help, while my mother’s health declined with serious heart and lung conditions.

From an early age, I found myself in the role of caretaker—
for those I loved, for those around me, and at times, for myself.

Over the years, I also experienced the loss of people who were deeply meaningful in my life—mentors, close friends, and guiding presences.

To witness illness, to witness suffering so closely, and to see how often people are treated as cases rather than as whole human beings…
left a lasting impression on me.

It did not harden me.
It deepened something.

It grew a quiet but unwavering question within me:
How do we truly care for one another?
How do we support healing from the root, with dignity, with humanity, and with understanding?

At the same time, I built a life in the world of ballet—
from a young girl in Brooklyn to an international gold medalist,
a professional ballerina and principal dancer,
and later, a rehearsal director, stager, and mentor to some of the world’s most elite dancers.

That path demanded discipline, sensitivity, and a deep understanding of the body—
but it also brought me to a turning point.

A career-threatening injury ended my time as a dancer prematurely
and led me into a period of deep uncertainty and clinical depression.

It was during this time that I was introduced to a pioneer in holistic healing, Dr. Paul Canali, whose work opened my understanding in a profound way.

Through this experience, I began to see that true healing is not linear,
and not limited to treating symptoms.

It requires addressing the whole being—
the nervous system, somatic awareness, the mind, the body, and the spirit.

Yoga, which had already been a part of my life, deepened into a committed practice, eventually leading me into Kriya Raja Yoga meditation under the guidance of His Holiness Swami Vidyadhishananda Giri.

Over time, these paths converged and led me to the formal study of Ayurveda—
a classical science of life that offers a complete and deeply intelligent framework for health and healing.

Today, I stand in a place of offering.

Through personalized consultations,
I work with each individual to understand the root of imbalance
and gently guide the body back toward clarity, strength, and resilience.

In this work, I do not see myself as the healer.
The body holds its own innate intelligence.
The capacity to heal already exists within each person.

My role is to act as a guide—
a vessel through which that innate intelligence can be supported and reawakened.

Through alignment in diet, daily routine, lifestyle, emotional and mental patterns, environment, and individual constitution,
the body is given the conditions it needs to return to balance.

 What I offer:
• Ayurvedic Consultations (NY / NJ / Online)
• Personalized protocols (diet, herbs, lifestyle, yoga integration)
• A root-cause, individualized approach to healing

This practice is an offering—
to those who are ready,
to those who are seeking,
and to those who feel called to care for themselves in a deeper way.
